I ran at the Redondo track meet last Saturday and though I’m happy with my time, I’m not so happy with the way I raced. You see, I ate a rather large meal right before warming up, which led to a horrible stomach ache in the middle of my race. Hahaha. I still ended up pulling a 12:34 in my 2 mile, which is a pretty good improvement from my 12:58 a few weeks back!
I have 2 meets this week. I’m not sure which event I’m running on Thursday, but I’m running my 4th mile this Saturday!
Here are my times thus far (in chronological order):
6:03 (After a week off from running + giant painful wart on my toe)
Hopefully I’ll be back at sub-6 minutes this Saturday so I can get that PR!
